"I <br /> I <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA .1 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I <br /> RESOLUTION 96-52 <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE RELEASE OF CERTAIN RIGHT'S OF WAY I <br /> BY THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION I <br /> IN THE GA TEW A Y BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills has been attempting to develop the Gateway Business I <br /> District at the northeast comer ofInterstate 694 and Interstate 35W; and <br /> WHEREAS, a developer has approached the City to develop a parcel within the Gateway I <br /> Business District; and <br /> WHEREAS, the property under consideration for this development requires certain accesses to I <br /> local streets which currently cannot be met, due to the presence of excess right of way which is <br /> under the jurisdiction of the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
