Lighting plan - At present there is no Lighting of any kind used in the "new Parking lot" area. Further <br /> at this time we are not requesting any additional lighting for the parking lot. <br />I 2. Landscape plan - Because of the large number of trees on the north property line, and after lengthy <br /> discussions with the homeowners, we are proposing to plant lilac shrubs every 3-4 Ft. <br /> along the north and east property lines. We believe this ,viII add to the existing <br />I landscaping very nicely. The lilac Schrubs were reconunended by the homeO\mers <br /> at the north property line, so they would still be able to view the pond, <br />..
