Re: Blaine four rink complex Dear Mr. Probst: I I \"Tite to you in my capacity as President of the Mounds View Youth Hockey Association, also as a parent of four children who are presently participating in the Mounds View Youth Hockey I Association and Mounds View High School Hockey program, and as a long term resident and taxpayer of Arden Hills. Ie The Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission (MSAC) proposes to build a four rink complex at the Sports Center in B laine, Minnesota. MSAC has solicited the commitment of local communities and youth athletic associations to participate in this project. Eight local youth I hockey associations, including the Mounds View and lrondale Youth Hockey Associations, have committed to this project and each have contributed $5000 toward preliminary testing and engineering evaluations. I The purpose of this letter is to familiarize you with the local youth hockey associations (Mounds I View and lrondale) and to solicit your support of the Blaine four-rink project.
