He noted that <br /> residents sometimes blow grass clippings onto the street or deposit them in the lake. Mayor <br /> I Probst commented on the importance of educating the public regarding the resulting <br /> environmental problems and stated he will work with staff and may suggest the formation of a <br /> task force to address this concern. <br /> I Councilmember Hicks asked if some lake property owners do not understand that depositing <br /> I grass clippings into the lake will add to its nutrients and diminish water quality.
