TO: Brian Fritsinger, City Administrator Q <br /> I FROM: Dwayne Stafford, Public Works Superintendent <br /> SUBJECT: New Plow Truck Accessories <br /> I Background <br /> The Arden Hills Public Works Department ordered the new plow truck cab & chasis on August 13, <br /> I 1996, as approved by CounciL Since that time, the Public Works Department has advertised for bids <br /> as required, and sent requests for bids to five (5) area truck equipment specialists, Each request <br /> I included; specifications for the truck on order, and specifications for equipping the truck with a dump <br /> box, plow, wing plow, sander and necessary lights and controls. <br /> I The Public Works Department had also asked each bidder for quotes on optional equipment which the <br /> department may wish to purchase as part of the package.
