<br /> City of Arden Hills I <br /> Chapter 1 Code Introduction <br /> I <br /> Chapter 1 - Code Introduction .. <br /> Section 100 - General Provisions I <br /> I <br /> 100.01 Code Designation, Citation. The chapters, articles, sections, and subdivisions embraced I <br /> in this Code of Ordinances shall constitute and be designated as "The Code of Ordinances of the <br /> City of Arden Hills, and may be so cited. This Code may also be cited as the "Arden Hills City I <br /> Code." Internal references to the Arden Hills City Code may be made as "this Code" or "the I <br /> Code," All references and citations to this Code shall be deemed to include all additions and <br /> amendments to the Code. All references to Chapters or Sections are to the Chapters and Sections I <br /> of this Code unless otherwise specified, ~ <br /> State law reference-Authority to codify ordinances, Minn, Stat. H 412.191(5), 415,021. <br /> I <br /> 100.02 Additions. New ordinances proposing amendments or additions to the Code shall be I <br /> assigned appropriate code numbers and shall be incorporated into the Code as of their effective I <br /> date. Reference or citation to the Code shall be deemed to include such amendments and <br /> additions. When an ordinance is integrated into the Code, there may be omitted from the I <br /> ordinance the title, enacting clause, section numbers, definitions of terriIs identical to those I <br /> contained in this Code, the clause indicating date of adoption, and validating signatures and dates. <br /> In integrating ordinances into the Code, the Administrator, in cooperation with the city attorney, I <br /> may correct obvious grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors; change reference numbers to I <br /> conform with sections, articles, and chapters; substitute figures for written words and vice versa; .. <br /> I - 1 I <br />
