<br /> I' <br /> City of Arden Hills Chapter 2 Administration <br /> I <br /> ,. Subd. 4 Appointment, Terms. <br /> I A. Each member of the human rights commission, after the original appointments, shall <br /> 1 be appointed for a term of three (3) years. Upon the expiration of his or her term of <br /> 1 office, a regular member shall continue to serve until his or her successor is appointed <br /> and shall have qualified. To insure regularity in the composition of the commission, the <br /> I first year of any term of a regular member shall be deemed to end at the expiration of the <br /> I calendar year in which the appointment is made. Members may be reappointed to <br /> subsequent terms. <br /> I <br /> Ie B. Ad hoc members shall be appointed for one year terms, which shall be deemed to <br /> I have expired at the end of the calendar year in which the appointment is made. <br /> 1 C. At the first meeting of the Council in each calendar year, the mayor with the advice <br /> I and consent of the Council, shall in addition to making the required appointments <br /> designate one of the members of the commission to act as its chairperson for that <br /> I calendar year. <br /> I <br /> Subd. 5 Removal. Any member of the human rights commission may be removed from <br /> I office for cause by the mayor with consent of the CounciL <br /> I <br /> f' Subd. 6 Filling of Vacancies. Any person appointed to fill a vacancy occurring in the <br /> I 2 - 11 <br />
