Reconsideration of Planning Case #95-23. Beutow Minor Subdivision I <br /> The new property owner has asked the Council to reconsider one of the conditions <br /> of the Plarming Case #95-23, Beutow RLS Subdivison. The property owner is I <br /> requesting a change in the driveway location. The new property ov.mer has <br /> included rationale to support this request. <br /> b. Buildinl! Inspector Position I <br /> Staff has prepared a proposed Job Description for the Council's review in its <br /> consideration of a staff Building Inspector. The Council will also need to I <br /> authorize the sixty (60) day notice to the current Building Inspector, Dave Kriesel, <br /> and Heating & Mechanical Inspector, Eugene Palmy. <br /> c. Review Chapters 1 and 2 - Arden Hills City Code I <br /> At the October 28th meeting, Council will have an opportunity to provide staff I <br /> with suggested additions, corrections, changes or deletions for Chapters 1 and 2. I <br /> intend to provide several chapters for review at each of the upcoming meetings for <br /> an opportunity to publicly review each chapter before final approvals. Once the .- <br /> Council has reviewed each chapter, a final hearing for approval of the full code <br /> will be scheduled. <br /> d. Resolution #96-64. Certifvin~ Delinauent Utilities I <br /> The Council is asked to adopt Resolution #96-64, certifying delinquent utilities. <br /> This actually allows the City to specially assess $15,613.08 in past-due utility I <br /> bills, This represents thirty-seven (37) different customers.
