<br /> '. <br />City of Arden Hills Chapter 2 Administration <br /> I <br />subject to the approval of the governor. .. <br />230.09 Use of City Personnel, Services, etc. The civil defense director shall utilize the I <br />personnel, services, equipment, supplies and facilities of existing departments and agencies of the I <br />Cily to the maximum extent practicable. The officers and personnel of all such departments and I <br />agencies shall, to the maximum extent practicable, cooperate with and extend such services and <br />facilities to the local civil defense agency and to the governor upon request. The head of each I <br />department and agency, in cooperation with and under the direction of the director, shall be I <br />responsible for the planning and programming of such civil defense activities as will involve the <br />utilization of the facilities of his or her department or agency. I <br /> .. <br />230.10 Prohibited Illuminations. Any illumination within the City contrary to the provisions <br />of this Chapter or any other provisions of this Code pertaining to civil defense or of any regulation I <br />adopted thereunder or of any federal or state law, regulation, or order shall be deemed a public I <br />nuisance. Any regular (or auxiliary) police officers (or air raid warden) may abate such nuisance . <br />summarily or may take any other action necessary to enforce such provisions, including entry on <br />private property and the use of whatever reasonable force is necessary. . <br /> I <br />230.11 Civil Defense Agency <br /> I <br />Subd. 1 Civil Defense Agency Continued.
