Hamline A venue Service Road - Located west of Hamline, from County Road E to its <br />I north termination. <br /> . North Snelling Avenue Service Road - Located east of Snelling, from Arden Place to its <br />, north termination. <br />'- We understand these street segments will be reconstructed by removing the existing pavement and <br />, preparing the subgrade as needed. <br />I We understand the streets will be rebuilt to the same general grade and width as previously <br /> existed. <br />, The above streets serve residential areas; and traffic frequency is anticipated to be low and traffic <br />, type should be light. <br />, The presented project information represents our understanding of the proposed construction.
