Livable Communities <br /> I To the greatest extent possible, legislation affecting communities at the state and federal level <br /> should enhance, not diminish, the ability of citizens, businesses, and local governments to <br /> I work together in partnership to make every community "livable." <br /> ISSUE: Cities in Minnesota are at various stages in meeting the goal of being "livable <br /> I communities.
