Parkillg lot grades at the northeast comer of the existing stmcture . . . are flat. The parking lot <br /> grades for tlte new parking lot are approximately 2'.... exceeding the generally acceptable minimum <br /> of 1 % for [larking lots. <br />. 2. Pond areas are shown over an existillg gas mail!. The location of the gas main is above the <br /> proposed 100 year flood elevation. so it is outside the [landing area. Some grading is shown over <br /> the gas main north of the proposed driveway at Lexington.
