References to Metropolitan Livable Community have been <br /> deleted as well as all other suggested changes. Notice also a rephrasing of housing <br /> I language to be more responsive to fact that housing is but one component of the overall <br /> effort not the primary focus. <br /> Note, the city of Circle Pines has been included in the operative membership paragraphs <br /> I as Mr. Keinath has indicated that his city is prepared to move forward and join the <br /> Coalition. The city will act on the Agreement next week. On the other hand, I did not <br /> include the City of Minneapolis as it appears that additional steps will need to be taken <br /> I <br />
