Consent Calendar <br /> I a. Approval of Minutes <br /> The Council is asked to approve the Minutes of the November 12, 1996 Regular <br /> I Council Meeting and the November 18,1996 Council Worksession. <br /> b. Claims and Payroll <br /> I The Council is asked to approve claims in the amount of $62,824.78 and payroll <br /> for the period most recently ended. The Council should note the total cost for <br /> election judges is $5,569.84. This is slightly higher than anticipated as the <br /> Ie judge's hourly pay was increased to $4.75, retroactive to the Primary Election. <br /> 2. Unfinished and New Business <br /> I a. Planning Case #96-17. Master Plan and Final Plan. St. Paul Companies. <br /> I Lexington Avenue and Grey Fox Road (Arby's/Sbarro) <br /> Mr. Ringwald has provided an update of this Plmming Case which was initially <br /> reviewed by the Planning Commission in October. The Planning Commission <br /> I recommended denial of the PUD. <br /> b. I-35W Corridor Coalition Joint Powers Agreement <br /> I The Council is asked to approve entering into a Joint Powers Agreement with our <br /> neighboring communities as part of the North Metro I-35W Corridor Coalition. <br /> This agreement formalizes the structure of the Coalition, including the hiring of <br /> I Strauss Management to act as the administrator. <br /> e. South Water Tower Inspection <br /> I The City has received the inspection report from Pittsburg Tank and Tower for the <br /> south water tower. Due to the high cost of the items recommended to be <br /> corrected, Mr. Stafford is recommending the City Engineer review the report and <br /> I comment regarding the urgency for completing these items. <br /> i' <br /> I <br />
