EFFECTIVE DATE: DURATION <br /> I Section I. This Agreement shall become effective upon filing with the City Clerk of the <br /> City of , a copy of resolutions authorizing its <br /> I execution, and an executed copy hereof, of all of the initial members listed in Article IV, Section 2. <br /> In the event fewer than all of said initial members approve and execute this Agreement, this <br /> I Agreement may become effective upon filing with said City Clerk, a copy of resolutions of all <br /> I cities desiring to become members of the organization consenting to the creation of the North <br /> Metro 135- W Corridor Coalition notwithstanding the failure to participate by specified members. <br /> I ARTICLE XIV. EVALUATION OUTCOMES <br /> Ie The North Metro 1-35W Corridor Coalition seeks the following outcomes and periodically will <br /> I measure success against stated goals to determine whether the North Metro I-35W Corridor <br /> Coalition should continue as a Joint Powers effort: <br /> I Section I. Transportation infrastructure improvements resulting in improved service, <br /> I business growth and labor availability. <br /> Section 2. Implementation of a joint marketing program that attracts and retains quality <br /> I industrial and commercial tax base and employment. <br /> Section 3. Identification of business base and redevelopment opportunities and <br /> I development of a strategic marketing plan for Corridor communities. <br /> I Section 4. Implementation of a code of ethics for participating communities for use of <br /> attraction and retention tools. <br /> I Section 5.
