Jess is a <br />dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in Parks, Recreation and Outdoor Adventure programming. <br /> <br />Jess grew up in Orlando, Florida and attended Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach for her <br />undergraduate studies. Later she earned a Master’s degree in Outdoor Recreation from Appalachian State University <br />in Boone, North Carolina. Her career has taken her across the country. Before joining Arden Hills, she worked in Parks <br />and Recreation for the City of Burnsville. <br /> <br />When Jess isn’t working to enhance Arden Hills’ parks and recreation opportunities, she <br />enjoys staying active. Jess loves running, backpacking and biking. She has even biked <br />across the United States — Twice!
