<br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 304 <br /> AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A <br /> PORTION OF COUNTY ROAD F <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby . <br /> ordains 89 tollows: <br /> 1. Ramsey County had recently turned back <br /> to the City of Arden Hills that portion of <br /> County .Roao F lying between old Highway 10 <br /> on the east and 1-35-W on the west <br /> 2. The City of Arden Hills has significantly <br /> improved this portion of County Road F and <br /> wishes to rename the street. <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hills City <br /> Council hereby ordains as follows: <br /> d. Effective on the 15t day of August, <br /> 1998, that portion of County Road Flying <br /> betWeen Old Snelling Avenue on the eaSt and <br /> 1-3SW on the west shall be named Lake <br /> Valentine Road. <br /> 8. The City Administrator is directed to <br /> notify all parties who own property on this <br /> road segment, the Ramsey County Sheriff's <br /> Department, the Lake Johanna Fire <br /> Department and the U.S. Post Office of the <br /> change in name and of the effective date tor <br /> the name change. <br /> f.
