Ramsey Counry had recently turred back ~ <br /> to the City of Arden Hills tha; portion ot <br /> County Road F lying between old Highway 10 <br /> on the east and I-35-W on che west. <br /> 2. The City of Arden Hills has signif+cantly <br /> improved this portion of County Fioad F and <br /> wishes to rename the street. <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, the Arden Hilis City <br /> Council hereby ordains as follows: <br /> d. Effective on the 1 st day of August, <br /> 1998, that pqrtion of County Road F lying <br /> between Old Sne(ling Avenue on the east and <br /> 1-35W on the west shall be named Lske. <br /> Valentfne Road. <br /> e. The City Administrator is directed to <br /> notify all parties who own property on this <br /> road segment, the Ramsey Counry Sheriff's <br /> Department, the Lake Johanna Fire <br /> Department and the U.S. Post Office of the <br /> change in name and of the effective date for <br /> the name change. <br /> t.
