Subsequently, the onganization pravided a lengthy <br /> rabies ordisiance to address this issue. <br /> <br /> As staff reviewed this with the local animal control <br /> officer, City Attoxney, and League of NflV Cities, all <br /> agreed that the existing sections of the ordinance were <br /> adequate to address these areas. <br /> <br /> The Council should note that staff has separated diseased <br /> dog and vicious clog in the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br /> 4.
