AGENDA ITEM - 3D <br />,!It <br />ri` DEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: November 24, 2025 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />Jessica Jagoe, City Administrator <br />FROM: Julie Hanson, Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk <br />SUBJECT: 2026 City Commissions/Committees Council Liaison Appointments and Mayor Pro Tem <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br />For Council Consideration <br />• Discussing the 2026 City Council Liaison appointments to the various Committees and <br />Commissions of the city as well as the Mayor Pro Tem. <br />Background <br />The City Council annually selects Council Liaisons for the various Committees and Commissions of the <br />city as well as Mayor Pro Tem. It is anticipated that the 2026 appointments will be made at the January <br />12, 2026 City Council meeting. <br />Council may discuss potential appointments tonight which would then be brought forward for formal <br />approval under Consent at the January 12th meeting. In the alternative and if further discussion is <br />needed, this item could instead be considered under New Business at the January 12th meeting. <br />Please note the Shoreview/Arden Hills Lions reached out to staff regarding their Collaborative <br />Ambassador Program (see Attachment A).
