As a nonconforming structure, the dwelling is subject to Section 1350 Nonconforming Uses, <br />Buildings, and Lots, which states that nonconforming buildings shall not be increased, enlarged, <br />altered, intensified, or extended to occupy a greater area or height on the lot on which the building <br />is located, or moved to any other part of the lot on which the building is located in a way that <br />augments its nonconformity. Additions to single-family dwellings that are nonconforming due to <br />setbacks or lot dimensions may be permitted, subject to the provisions in Section 1325.03 Subd. <br />2.
