BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 25-008 for a <br />Lot Consolidation on the Subject Property at 1622 Lake Johanna Boulevard and 1624 Lake <br />Johanna Boulevard, based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the November 24, <br />2025, report to the City Council, as amended by the following conditions: <br />1. The Applicant shall provide the Certificate of Survey for the consolidated lot as <br />approved. <br />2.
