Herby adopts Resolution 2025-075 approving Planning Case 2025-012 for a Sign Standard <br />Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 County Road E West to install 60 <br />square feet of wall signage on the eastern elevation of Goodwill. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 25-012 for a <br />Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process 1103 County Road E, based on <br />the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the November 24, 2025 report to the City Council, <br />as amended by the following conditions: <br />1) The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted.
