Herby adopts Resolution 2025-075 approving Planning Case 2025-012 for a Sign Standard <br /> Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 County Road E West to install 60 <br /> square feet of wall signage on the eastern elevation of Goodwill. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Council approves Planning Case 25-012 for a <br /> Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process 1103 County Road E, based on <br /> the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the November 24, 2025 report to the City Council, <br /> as amended by the following conditions: <br /> 1) The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted.
