COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 291 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING REVISED ZONING REGULATIONS. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Appendix C is hereby <br /> added to the Arden Hills Municipal Code. <br /> Appendix C shall consist of the Table of Contents, Sections I <br /> through XII, including their respective subdivisions; and Section <br /> XIII, Subd. A as contained in that certain zoning ordinance draft <br /> prepared by Sanders, Wacker, Wehrman, Bergley, Inc., dated March 8, <br /> 1993, subject to the following amendments: <br /> l. Redacting for typographical, numbering and/or reference <br /> errors which changes can be made by administrative staff <br /> prior to final printing. <br /> 2. Amending Section VI A.5. to read: <br /> Size. In R-l and R-2 Districts, no accessory structure <br /> shall exceed 728 square feet in floor area and for <br /> accessory structures located in the rear yard of a <br /> principal structure, the total floor area of all such <br /> . accessory structures shall not exceed 25% of the minimum <br /> required rear yard area for the principal structure. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council ordains that Appendix A of the <br /> Arden Hills Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Effective Date. Ordinance No. 291 shall become effective on the <br /> day following publication of the Ordinance or an approved Ordinance <br /> Summary. <br /> Adoption Date.
