The City Coun- <br /> cil, by an affirmative vote of alleasl four Coun- <br /> cil Members, directed that a Summary of Ap_ <br /> pendix C, as adopted by Ordinance No. 291; <br /> be published in the City's official, newspaper <br /> and thai a printed COpy of Appendix C, as <br /> adopted by Ordinance No. 291 ,be posled on <br /> the City's bulletin board and othelWise be made <br /> available for inspection at the City's Offices dur- <br /> ing regular business hours. <br /> Appendix C, as adopted by Ordinance No. <br /> 291, contains Ihe fOllowing sections: <br /> Seclion r. Title. Purpose and Intent, This <br /> section describes the Purpose and intent of the <br /> Zoning Regulations. <br /> Section II. Rules, Scope, Interpretation, <br /> and Def',""ions. This section contains rules of <br /> construction, interpretation and definitions,for <br /> tfle Zoning Regulations. <br /> Section HI. Minimum Ordinance Com- <br /> Jmance. This section contains a statement of <br /> required compliance with minimum provisions <br /> of the cOde. <br /> Section IV, Zoning Map and Boundaries of <br /> Zoning Districts. This section references the <br /> official zoning map for the City of Arden Hills <br /> and contains rules regarding zoning boun- <br /> daries. Appendix C does not rezone any pro- <br /> perty in lhe City of Arden Hills. <br /> Sectioll V. DistrlctPtov/slons.
