Learn why this is important <br />Caution: This email originated outside our organization; please use caution. <br />Hi Elena, <br />Dan Ashbach let me know that the city wanted to understand what my intended use is <br />for the land that I plan to purchase from him. <br /> <br />My intention is to have that parcel merged into my existing homestead. The plan would <br />be to remove some buck thorn and dead trees, and then have it remain woods for the <br />kids to play in. At some point, I may look into building a garage or some type of out <br />building. But no plan for that in the immediate future.
