Further Review <br />•Following review of the submitted Minor Subdivision application, staff has <br />identified that the requests should be taken separately because the application <br />as deemed complete would require variances due to the changes proposed for <br />Subject Property B. The adjusted lot lines would result in an increase to the <br />number of accessory structures and accessory structure square footage, while <br />creating an accessory structure location nonconformity on the property. <br />•Due to the existing conditions and the proposed, the Applicant has withdrawn <br />consideration of the lot line adjustment. <br />15
