To whom it may concern, <br />On behalf of Goodwill – Easter Seals, Archetype Signmakers, Inc is requesting a Sign <br />Standard Adjustment to allow a set of channel letters on the East face of the building at the <br />Northwest corner of County Road E West and Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />Currently the total square footage of signage allowed for the zoning district (B2 General <br />Business) does not allow for a sign on the East face of the building. With only the existing <br />signage there is little signage visibility for traffic heading West on County Road E West and <br />zero signage visibility for traffic heading South on Lexington Avenue North. <br /> <br />The proposed signage will be designed in keeping with existing signage approved for the <br />site. It will be professionally produced and maintained in accordance with all zoning code <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The proposed signage is consistent with the purpose of the zoning district as it indicates <br />the name of the retail business occupying the building.
