Future of Building 116 <br />The groundwater remedy is mandated by the federal government under <br />a 1997 EPA Record of Decision (ROD) and subsequent amendments. <br />There is currently no anticipated end date for the operation of the TGRS. <br />There has been coordination with the Army and regulators as it relates <br />to TGRS modifications necessary for the Rice Creek Boulevard <br />infrastructure project <br />Process is paused due to government shut down <br />Any modification of Building 116 would require approval from <br />Army, EPA, and MPCA, at a minimum <br />Unknown associated cost and schedule impacts
