Building 116 – Development Considerations <br />Building 116 is an existing condition and was listed as such in <br />the 2016 RFP for a development partner. <br />2023 Term Sheet included as an agreed-upon term: <br /> “Building 116: The JDA will support the developer’s exploration of <br />the feasibility of moving Building 116 off the site, including <br />identifying a way to pay for the relocation.” <br />Previous development discussions have included the following: <br />Location <br />Aesthetics <br />Space (building size) <br />Public perception (air emissions) <br />Energy Capture (district energy)
