Cannabis Distribution Concept Plan <br /> <br />Community Development Director Reilly introduced the applicant Brandon Champeau with <br />Hempel Real Estate and Chuck Button with Portal Warehousing. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Reilly said the land use application is a concept plan review <br />to use approximately half of the building that houses Portal Warehousing and implement a similar <br />model with individual spaces for wholesalers or warehousers. This would be a new use in <br />Minnesota relating to recreational adult use cannabis. This would serve as a wholesaling site for <br />up to two cannabis wholesalers. It is a business to business model where already packaged
