Attachment C <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.2025-005 <br />On the Bch day of December, 2025, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br />Ordinance No. 2025-005, and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, <br />Subd. 4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2025-005 be published. <br />Appendix A of Ordinance 2025-005 entitled "2026 Fee Schedule" an Ordinance Relating <br />to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2026. The primary purpose of the ordinance <br />is to update the Municipal Code to reflect fees for the calendar year of 2026. <br />A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2025-005 is available for inspection by any <br />person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West <br />Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
