According to City of Arden Hills, the land use approvals will <br />automatically expire and become void one year from and after the date of City Council approval if the <br />building permit has not been issued. <br />Please accept this letter as our formal, written request to extend the building permit deadline from January <br />13, 2026 to July 13, 2026.
