and <br />WHEREAS, due to clerical error, Resolution 2025-075 omitted the legal description of the <br />Subject Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend Resolution 2025-075 to include the legal description <br />for the Subject Property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br />Herby adopts Resolution 2025-077, amending Resolution 2025-075 approving Planning <br />Case 2025-012 for a Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 <br />County Road E West to install 60 square feet of wall signage on the eastern elevation of <br />Goodwill. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves Planning Case 25- <br />012 for a Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 County <br />Road E, based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the November 24, 2025, report <br />to the City Council, as amended by the following conditions: <br />1) The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted.
