Attachment B <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given that the Arden Hills City Council will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, <br />December 8th , 2025, at City Hall, 1245 W Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112, to conduct <br />a public hearing regarding the Economic Development Authority of the City of Arden Hills (EDA). <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider adoption of a revised enabling resolution regarding the <br />membership of the EDA. The summary of the resolution is as follows: <br />The proposed resolution increases the number of EDA commissioners from five to seven <br />and provides that two of the commissioners shall be appointed from the members of the <br />Economic Development Commission for six year terms, which shall coincide with the term <br />on the Economic Development Commission. <br />Any person wishing to express an opinion on the proposed revised enabling resolution during the <br />public hearing will be heard in person or in writing. <br />Dated this 25th day of November, 2025. <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />Jessica Jagoe, City Administrator <br />(Pioneer Press November 28, 2025 and December 3, 2025) <br />
