PlAN (Cont'd) Fire Chief Winkel stated the Arsenal representatives have <br />been cooperative and kept the LJVFD advised of materials <br />stored on this property, as well as providing safety data sheets to the City. <br /> <br />MEI'RO WASI'E REPORr CouncLbnember Malone questioned if the City has a serious <br />problem with the Infiltration/Inflow, as per the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control report. He asked if a substantial sewer up:Jrade will <br />be necessary. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Berger advised he and Public Works SUpervisor Winkel will be <br />attending a series of meetings sp::msored by the MWCC regarding this matter. <br /> <br />SIEMS CJ)URI'; <br />OOOR PROBLEM <br /> <br />Councilmember Growe asked staff if further information <br />is available regarding the cx:1or complaint on siems Court. <br /> <br />Public Works supervisor Winkel explai.'1ed his staff has checked this area on two <br />occasions and has fourx:l no problem. He noted the cx:1or nay be from stagnant water <br />or composting; leaves have been dumped on the vacant lot. Winkel stated routine <br />maintenance has been completed on the sewer lines in this area and no problems <br />were fourx:l in the lines. <br /> <br />Councilmember Malone requested Winkel refer to this natter as an "cx:1or or noxious <br />cx:1or complaint", rather than a "sewer cx:1or" in all future co=espondence. <br /> <br />Winkel explained the complaint was received as "sewer gas cx:1or" and that was the <br />reason it was documented as such; agreed that in future co=espondence he will <br />classify complaints as "cx:1or complaint". He stated no further complaints have <br />been received. <br /> <br />Clerk Administrator Berger advised the Audit Report is <br />being distributed this evening for Council review. He <br />suggested Council schedule a worksession pri= to the <br />Regular Council meeting held June 11 to discuss the report with the auditor. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE WKSESSION; <br />AUDIT REPORr DISC. <br /> <br />Malone IlIOVed, seconded by Growe, that Council schedule a <br />worksession on Monday, June 11, 1990, at 6:30 p.m., for the purpose of discussion <br />of the Audit Report. Motion carried unanilnously. (4-0) <br /> <br />Council requested staff invite the auditor and members of the Finance Committee <br />to attend this meeting. <br /> <br />ACCEPr RESIGNATION; <br />WILLIAM WRIGLEY <br />CITY HALL CXM1I'lTEE <br /> <br />Malone moved, seconded by Growe, that Council accept the <br />resignation of William Wrigley from the city Hall <br />Committee, ",s per his letter dated 5-18-90.
