WHEREAS, by Resolution 2025-075 dated November 24, 2025, the City Council approved <br /> Planning Case 25-012 for a Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan review process for 1103 <br /> County Road E West to install 60 square feet of wall signage on the eastern elevation of Goodwill; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, due to clerical error, Resolution 2025-075 omitted the legal description of the <br /> Subject Property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to amend Resolution 2025-075 to include the legal description <br /> for the Subject Property. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS: <br /> Herby adopts Resolution 2025-077, amending Resolution 2025-075 approving Planning <br /> Case 2025-012 for a Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 <br /> County Road E West to install 60 square feet of wall signage on the eastern elevation of <br /> Goodwill. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council approves Planning Case 25- <br /> 012 for a Sign Standard Adjustment through the Site Plan Review process for 1103 County <br /> Road E,based on the findings of fact and the submitted plans in the November 24,2025,report <br /> to the City Council, as amended by the following conditions: <br /> 1) The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted.Any significant <br /> changes to these plans,as determined by the Community Development Director,shall <br /> require review and approval by the Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> 2) A separate sign permit shall be required for all proposed signage. <br /> 3) All signage shall meet all other requirements of Sign District 5. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 8111 <br /> DAY OF DECEMBER 2025.
