lt <br /> -ApR,)EN HILLS <br /> SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2025-006 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 -ADMINISTRATION, SECTION 220- <br /> BOARDS, COMMITTEES,AND COMMISSIONS, SECTION 220.02 - ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary <br /> may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is available without cost at the office of <br /> the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City Council and shall be published in <br /> lieu of publishing the entire ordinance. <br /> The text amendment adopted by the Arden Hills City Council increases the <br /> number of Economic Development Authority commissioners from five to <br /> seven and provides that two of the commissioners shall be appointed from <br /> the members of the Economic Development Commission. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE.
