(4-0) <br /> PUBLIC C>>lMENTS <br /> DRAINAGE PROBLEMS; Leonard Grudnoske, 4445 Highway 10, appeared before <br /> 4445 HIGHWAY 10 Council to discuss the problems he is currently <br /> L. GRUDNOSKE experiencing due to the new home =nstruction adjacent <br /> to his property. <br /> Grudnoske stated that debris has been placed in his yard by the adjacent property <br /> owner during the =nstruction process. He also expressed =ncern that the grade <br /> of the adjacent lot will =eate drainage problems on his property and requested <br /> the adjacent property owner be required to grade at a maximum slope of 3: 1- <br /> Deputy Clerk Iago advised Council that the Build.i.ng Inspector is aware of the <br /> problems at this l=ation and has been in =ntact with the property owner, on <br /> more than one occasion, to advise of corrective action to properly grade the <br /> site. She also noted this matter was reviewed with the fonner engineeri.ng- <br /> =nsultant and former wilding inspector. <br /> . <br />
