The Ordinance should be considered at a Public Hearing held before the Planning Commission. The Public Hearing Notice for this item should be substantially as follows: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF ARDEN HILLS A Public Hearing will be held before the Arden Hills Planning Commission at 7:00 p.m. on July 1, 1992, in the Arden Hills City Hall located at 1450 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments relating to whether the Planning Commission should recommend that the City Council adopt a Citywide Development Moratorium pending completion of the City's comprehensive review of its zoning regulations.
