Terms of councilmen, mayor. <br /> Two (2) councilmen shall be elected for four-year terms at each <br /> biennial election commencing in 1974. The salary of each council member is fixed at the rate <br /> of two thousand three hundred dollars ($2,300.00) per annum <br /> payable in equal monthly installments of one hundred ninety-one <br /> dollars and sixty-seven cents ($191.67).
