COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 279 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE II, SECTION <br /> 6-16 OF THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE <br /> ADOPTION OF THE STATE BUILDING CODE. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Chapter 6, Article <br /> II, Section 6-16 of the Arden Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> Section 6-16 Building Code. The State Building Code (as adopted <br /> and hereafter amended by the Commissioner of Administration pursuant <br /> to M.S. 16B.59 to M.S. 16B.73, including UBC Appendix Chapters 26, <br /> 38, 55 and 70) is hereby adopted as the Building Code for the City <br /> of Arden Hills and is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> There shall be at least three (3) copies of the Building Code <br /> in the office of the Clerk Administrator. Whenever the State <br /> Building Code, or the Uniform Building Code which is a part thereof, <br /> is revised or amended, three (3) copies of each said amendment shall <br /> be substituted for the original provisions and become part of the <br />. official copies on file with the Clerk Administrator. <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day following <br /> its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
