<br />I . <br />. <br /> . <br />, <br />. <br />. <br />, <br />t If the Planning Commission authorizes the issuance <br /> of a building permit, as herein provided, the City <br /> shall have six (6 ) months from the date of the <br /> decision of the Planning Commission to institute <br /> proceedings to acquire such land or interest <br /> therein. If no such proceedings are started within <br /> that time, the building permit shall be issued in <br /> accordance with the applicable City Regulations, if <br /> the application for said permit otherwise conforms <br /> to' City Regulations. <br /> B. Recommendations. The recommendations and findings of <br />i the Planning COl)lmission, except as provided in Section <br />i 20-24(A)(6), shall be advisory to the City Council <br /> which may take such action thereon as it deems proper. <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains that Sections 20-17, <br /> 20-23, 20-24(a) , 20-24(b), 20-29 and Section IX of Appendix A and <br /> its subsections of the Arden Hills Municipal Code are hereby <br /> Repealed. <br /> Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br /> following its publication. <br />. Adoption Date.
