MISCELLANEOUS REGULATIONS <br /> (A) Lexinqton-Fox Study Area. <br /> l. Defined. City has authorized its planning and <br /> consultants to conduct studies and is in the <br /> process of formulating and adopting amendments to <br /> its comprehensive plan and official controls for <br /> that portion of the City of Arden Hills located as <br /> . follows (herein "Study Area"): <br /> North of County Road E; <br /> a. <br /> b. West of Lexington Avenue; <br /> c. South o:f 1694; and <br /> d. East of State Trunk Highway 51. <br /> 2. Statement of Public Purpose. The City Council has <br /> determined that in order to protect the planning <br /> process, it is in the public's interest, to impose <br /> a interim development moratorium on development <br /> within the Study Area until the proposed changes <br /> to the City's comprehensive plan and official <br /> controls are implemented. <br /> 3. Interim Development Moratorium. There is hereby <br /> imposed an interim development moratorium on all <br /> development within the Study Area from the <br /> effective date of this Ordinance until March 1, <br /> 1991 or until further council action whichever <br /> occurs first. City may rescind the interim <br /> development moratorium by resolution.
