REI.:.A TING TO WINTER PARKING <br /> REGULATIONS <br /> The Clt)' COuncY of the City of Arden Hills hereby or~ - <br /> dains thai Chapter 26, Article I, Section 26-3 of the <br /> Arden Hills Municipal Code shall be amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> SectiOn 26-3. Wlnte' ParkIng Regulation. No per~ <br /> son shall part( any vehicle, except in complianCe with <br /> the directions of a law enforcement officer or in com- <br /> pliance with regulatory parking signs placed by a law <br /> enforcement officer, on the improved portion of any <br /> street Of highway in the City during the following tlme <br /> periods: <br /> (a) Between the hours of 11:00p.m.lo6:00a.m. from <br /> October 15th to Aprll 15th; and <br /> (b) Ouring a period of time c;:ommencing immediate.. <br /> Iy alter the accumulation thereon of 2 inches or more <br /> of snow and oontinulng until snow removal or plowing <br /> has been completed. <br /> EtIecUve Date. This ordinance shall be effective the <br /> day following its publication. <br /> Adoption Date.
