(1) TO APPENDIX A OF <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS RELATING <br />TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY TO ESTABLISH THE GATEWAY <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT. <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Arden Hills ordains that Section <br />IV.A.(l) is hereby added to Appendix A of the zoning ordinance of <br />the City of Arden Hills to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section IV.A. Re-Zoning. <br /> <br />(1) The official zoning map for the City of Arden Hills is <br />hereby amended to indicate that the following described <br />property is being re-zoned from I-I (Limited Industrial) <br />and R-1 (Single Family Residential) to GB (Gateway <br />Business) : <br /> <br />~ (a) All that area South of State Trunk Highway 96; <br /> <br />(b) East of 1-35W; <br /> <br />(c) North of 1-694; and <br /> <br />(d) Westerly and Southerly of Round Lake as further <br />illustrated in the Notice of Public Hearing <br />published on January 10, 1990. <br /> <br /> <br />Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective the day <br />following its publication. <br /> <br /> <br />Adoption Date.
