<br /> . <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 267 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE I, DIVISION 5, <br /> SECTION 5-6 OF THE ARDEN HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO <br /> GAMBLING. <br /> The City Council ordains as an Amendment to the Arden Hills <br /> Municipal Code: <br /> Chapter 4, Article I, Division 5, Section 5-6 of the Arden <br /> Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 5-6. Lawful Gamblinq Fund. All organizations <br /> licensed to conduct lawful gambling within the City of Arden <br /> Hills shall contribute 10 percent of their net profits <br /> derived from lawful gambling activities within the City of <br /> Arden Hills to a special fund to be administered by the <br /> Arden Hills City Council for lawful gambling purposes. <br /> . Payments to the fund shall be calculated for quarterly <br /> periods ending on the last days of March, June, September <br /> and December of each year.
