<br />. <br /> shall contribute ten percent (10%) of their net profits <br />~ derived from lawful gambling activities within the City of <br /> Arden Hills to a special fund to be administered by the <br /> Arden Hills City Council for lawful purposes. Payments to <br /> the fund shall be made quarterly on the last days of March, <br /> June, September and December of each year. Along with the <br /> quarterly payment, the organization shall provide the City <br /> with certified supporting documents which enable the City to <br /> verify the organization's calculation of the payment. <br /> Sec. 5-7. Location of Lawful Gambling Operations. All <br /> lawful gambling activities authorized by the issuance of <br /> Class A licenses shall be conducted on the same premises. <br /> All lawful gambling activities authorized by the issuance of <br /> Class B license shall be conducted on premises which have <br /> also have been issued valid on-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> licenses. All lawful gambling activities authorized by the <br /> issuance of a Class C license shall be conducted at a <br /> church, school, or auditorium. <br /> Sec. 5-8. Number of Licenses Authorized. No more than nine <br /> (9 ) lawful gambling licenses, of all classes, shall be <br /> issued and outstanding in the City at anyone time. No more <br /> than seven (7 ) Class A licenses shall be issued and <br /> outstanding in the City at anyone time. <br />. Sec. 5-9. Restriction on Number of Bingo Occasions. No <br /> more than four bingo occasions each week may be conducted <br /> by a licensed organization. A bingo occasion may not <br /> continue for more than four consecutive hours. A person or <br /> corporation other than an organization, which leases any <br /> premises that it owns to two (2 ) or more organizations for <br /> purposes including conduct of bingo occasions, may not allow <br /> more than eighteen bingo occasions to be conducted on the <br /> premises in any week. <br /> Sec. 5-10. Reports. All licensed organizations shall <br /> submit to the Clerk-Administrator a copy of any reports it <br /> is required to make or has made to the Control Board. Any <br /> applicant for a license or renewal of a license shall <br /> submit a copy of its application to the Clerk-Administrator. <br /> At the time each organization licensed by the Control Board <br /> to conduct lawful gambling activities within the limits of <br /> the City makes application to the Control Board for a <br /> renewal license, such organization shall submit a report to <br /> the Clerk-Administrator of the City which shall show how the <br /> net profits derived from lawful gambling activities <br /> conducted by such licensed organization have been spent for <br /> lawful purposes as defined by the Minnesota Lawful Gambling <br /> Act. <br />. Sec. 5-11. Inspection of Premises and Records. The Clerk- <br /> Administrator, City Attorney, any police officer of the City <br /> . <br />
