<br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />e RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 261 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PORTION OF LEXINGTON AVENUE <br /> FROM (GENERAL INDUSTRIAL) 1-2 TO (GENERAL BUSINESS) B-2 <br /> The Arden Hills City Council hereby ordains as follows: <br /> SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of the Arden Hills Zoning Ordinance, an <br /> application to rezone a parcel of land on the West side of Lexington <br /> Avenue, between Grey Fox Road and Red Fox Road, was submitted by Mr. Scott <br /> Roberts. The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on this <br /> request on August 2, 1989, and the City Council considered this request at <br /> their August 14, 1989 regular Council meeting. <br /> As determined by the City Council and based on recommendation by the <br /> Planning Commission, the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning District Map of the <br /> City shall be changed to reflect that the following described parcel of <br /> land is hereby rezoned from "1-2 to B-2": <br /> The North 797.1 feet of the East 525.6 feet except the North 373 feet <br /> of the SE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30, Range 23, Ramsey County, MN. <br />. The Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to have future printings of <br /> the Zoning District Map changed to reflect the said rezoning. <br /> SECTION 2.
